ok so when I sent the petitions i sent both I129f and i130 and was told which ever one was approved first etc etc well they were approved at the same time which meant they would automatically process the I130 which is fine and my husband has his interview Jan22 well yesterday he received a package pertaining to the K3 which i thought was cancelled well thats what the nvc said and the consulate anyways there was an appt. Letter stating he had an interview dec 3rd although he got it yesterday the 17th..lol anyways not sure if we should disregard it and just continue on and he goes to his I130 interview as scheduled now we email the embassy and he tried calling the embassy all day no answer and no reply we just want to make sure there will be no issues since obviously he wasnt present for that interview...has anyone ever run into this before and also he is from Jordan...

I suggest calling DoS and having a longish conversation with them about this exact predicament.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
