Hi Folks,

I know you all have gone through the process or some still in process. Good Luck! to all.

What should I put in Form I-130 chapter D. Other information. 1. If seperate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship.

I have filed three different petitions for my brothers and wife about 2 and half months ago. I already received EAC...... Notice of Action of all.

Now I want to file for my father. Since I'm filling I-130 for my father this time, do I have to put my wife's and brother's name to above mentioned field?

Thank you all in advance. Your help will be highly appreciated.

99.97% of the cases posted here are marriage-based. There are not a lot of family based applications, thus no experiences to answer from.

You could try this group: http://britishexpats.com/forum/forumdispla...prune=&f=34
