this is the scenario,

a girl come to US with Fiance visa, which means needs to get married after 90 days right.

But they didnt get married, and she continues living in USA. She had SSN and State ID.

Now, after 3 years, She get married with the same person..

she wants to process her paper works but she dont know where shes going to start.

any suggestion what she needs to do , ?? she dont want to hire an atty.

Since she did not marry within the prescribed 90 days as required by a K-1 visa then she will have to file for AoS using an I-130 and I-485.
