1/16/13 - Alien Registration Number changed
5/24/13 or 5/29/13 - Case Transferred to TSC

We made it past our RFE! CIS approved our I-129f application on July 26th :D

2013.1.7- I-129f mailed to Texas Lockbox (with correct fee this time--> Delivered 2013.1.8 (priority date)

2013.5.29- RFE mailed--> 2013.6.3 RFE arrives --> 2013.7.3 Forms mailed back to CIS via DHL--> 2013.7.5 CSC confirms receipt of evidence

2013.7.26- I129f approved! --> 2013.8.16- NVC confirms receipt of petition

2013.8.30- P3 arrives at fiancee's home --> 2013.9.8 P3 documents mailed to GUZ

2013.9.20- P4 email arrives

2013.10.25- Medical exam; 2013.10.28- Interview--> APPROVED!

2014.2.20- POE!; 2014.2.21- reunited in my hometown :)

[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!

i got my RFE a few days ago. i did it we just need the notary to sign it. I wonder if i get RFE because im here visiting her? I ave a Question. My Fiance works as a Restaurant Server. so her pay stub shows the federal minimum wage for tipped workers. would this be a problem? would a letter from employer help to show that she reach and surpass mimimum wage when tips added?

Your fiancee is USC? She would have to prove that she earns at least 125% of the poverty limit. I don't think federal minimum for tipped workers would be over that. She would somehow need to prove that with tips it comes out to more than that consistently, or use a co-sponsor.

Any January filers with July 10 approval still waiting for the case number?..its been 3 weeks we havent got our case number yet, been calling them every other day..

Were you transferred to TSC? If so, no need to call them until after you get a case update from TSC that says that they sent it to the Department of State. About a week after that update is when you should call them to get your case number. Until you get that update, it means it's still at TSC and hasn't even been sent to the NVC.

Yes, we were transferred last June 21st.We haven't got a case update yet..okay then, we'll just wait till they notify us..were still lucky we got approved in less than 6 months..At least, we dont need to wait for another 5 months, a month or two is bearable..lol..thank you vbtwo

Ok I know I probably shouldn't worry but I can't help but worry a little bit that something has happened to set us back... the USCIS website says that on July 11th our case was forwarded to the NVC for visa processing. And then we got the hard copy on the 26th or 27th.

Should I have heard from the embassy in London already? Is that the letter that will inform me of my interview date or is there more paperwork for me to do first?

And when should my fiancé submit his affidavit of support? Does he have to send that to me to take to my interview?

Sorry for all the questions! Just want to make sure I'm understanding everything right!

Visa in hand: 16th October

Fly to America! Saturday 19th October! :D
