I just been Approved !!!!! My NOA 1 was January 7th. I was transferred from Vermont to Texas.

I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY !!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOHHHOOOOOO !!!!!!!!!!

12/26/12 * I-129F mailed out

12/28/12 * I-129F received and signed

01/02/13 * NOA1

01/07/13 * Alien registration # changed

05/24/13 * Transferred to TSC

05/30/13 * Now transferred to my local office

06/03/13 * Hardcopy of transfer notice received with new receipt date (now 12/31/12)

06/05/13 * Infopass at local USCIS. Was told that petition is in Vermont (so the system says). As for Me: Keeping my faith

06/19/13 * RFE email received

06/29/13 * RFE hardcopy received (asking for letter of intent to marry from both)

07/02/13 * RFE mailed out

07/03/13 * RFE received in TX

07/05/13 * USCIS update "Review for RFE"

07/10/13 * NOA2 (email) God is GREAT

07/18/13 * NOA2 hardcopy recieved

07/22/13 * Case sent to NVC (new case # to be assigned)

07/30/13 * Got New case #. SDO2013 - God is GREAT

[March 2012] Met online on Christian Mingle [November 27th 2013] AoS sent
[June 25th 2012] Met in Person in London!
[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!

[July 08th 2013]- NOA2 (approved 165 Days)
[July 18th 2013] Case forwarded to NVC
[July 26th 2013] We call DoS and are finally given our case # - I book medical immediatly

[July 29th 2013] Case forwarded to US Embassy, London
[August 8th 2013] Packet 3 sent (before received)

[August 9th 2013] Packet 3 received
[August 13th 2013] Medical

[August 16th 2013] CEAC updates - London logs my medical results

[August 20th 2013] - CEAC update - London logs my packet 3

[August 23rd 2013] I call DoS and they tell me my interview date, (2 weeks since I sent ds-2001)

[August 27th 2013 CEAC update - London dispatches packet 4]

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

01-18-2013 - Sent I-129F

01-22-2013 - NOA1

06-21-2013 - Transferred to TSC

07-09-2013 - NOA2 (due to the glitch I find out about it on July 25th)

09-19-2013 - Interview in Moscow

We have been transferred as well, to where, only God knows...I'm very upset!

We just got x-ferred to another office =(

Don't worry most people who have gotten transfers have been getting their noa2s awfully fast. I'm starting to wish mine got transferred. Hang in there!!

Hi there, I am new to this site. I wish I'd found it sooner. I am a January filer as well. I received my NOA1 on January 28, 2013. I received an email just a few minutes ago that said my case is still under initial review and was transferred to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. The message said they mailed a notice of the transfer and instructed me to follow any instructions on the notice. It says I will be notified by mail when a decision is made or if the office needs something from me. Prior to this notice the last time my file was touched was February 4th!

Just this morning I contacted my senator, Mark Warner. He sent me a release to sign and instructed me to send him a letter, the signed release and a copy of my noa1. I just got back from the fed-ex drop box.

It is frustrating to see petitions filed up to two months after my own petition are getting approved while mine sits in a stagnate state at the Vermont Service Center. I can only pray that something will start moving in a positive direction soon.

I am just sick over this wait. My fiance and I haven't seen each other since March and this just keeps dragging on and on with no end in sight.

dont worry guys being transferred is GOOD NEWS!! VSC is moving at snail pace and TSC is approving 10+ a day. Hopefully we are going to TSC any way
