I just read a post where a jan filer at CSC was approved!!!! I went and checked mine and no such luck, but I also checked the 50 numbers around mine, of the ones that are 129-f (about 30) only one is approved (it previously said RFE being reviewed), the rest are still at intial review. Maybe we can start getting excited, im going to wait one more week and pray for good news

Good evening my fellow January filers.

So this morning I went to my local uscis office (with my infopass) and met with a staff person. When I explained the case and showed him the printout of the emails received and hardcopy of the transfer notification all he had to say was that the case was now back in Vermont. I asked him to notice that the transfer letter (hardcopy) dated 5/29 states that it's in Texas and he told me that the system (pc) stated that it was in Vermont. He said that he unfortunatley doesn't know why the petition was transferred sooooo many times. He did send an email to VSC.

Hope to hear from them soon.

Willing us all the best in the next few days.

K-1 Visa

12/26/12 * I-129F mailed out

12/28/12 * I-129F received and signed

01/02/13 * NOA1

01/07/13 * Alien registration # changed

05/24/13 * Transferred to TSC

05/30/13 * Now transferred to my local office

06/03/13 * Hardcopy of transfer notice received with new receipt date (now 12/31/12)

06/05/13 * Infopass at local USCIS. Was told that petition is in Vermont (so the system says). As for Me: Keeping my faith

06/19/13 * RFE email received

06/29/13 * RFE hardcopy received (asking for letter of intent to marry from both)

07/02/13 * RFE mailed out

07/03/13 * RFE received in TX

07/05/13 * USCIS update "Review for RFE"

07/10/13 * NOA2 (email) God is GREAT

07/18/13 * NOA2 hardcopy recieved

07/22/13 * Case sent to NVC (new case # to be assigned)

07/30/13 * Got New case #. SDO2013 - God is GREAT

We've been approved! Our NOA1 was on 1/15. I AM SO EXCITED!!!!! I hope the rest of you get approved soon, I know when I saw we were approved I seriously started screaming out of happiness lol. AHH!! I don't even know what to do now, I'm just so happy we're finally one step closer!!

We got an RFE two weeks ago. Got the hard copy last Tuesday, May 28, priority mailed it to CSC on Wednesday May 29. Got the text they received it on Friday, May 31. Got my text and email we are approved (NOA2) dancin5hr.gif

Wow seriously, because of one day they told you to call back?! They will do anything to avoid talking to people.......i hope you get approved soon!!

I know right! Lol so I call back today as I am 1 day outside the processing frame and they tell me that I am still within normal processing times and they cannot submit a service request at this time. So I just called my congressman to see what they can do. I hope I get it soon as well. Thanks so much goofy.gif

Congrats! We got an RFE on may 28. We received the hard copy june 4. Hopefully we get our noa2 very soon... :)

January 2, 2013: NOA1

January 8, 2013: Officially engaged <3

May 30, 2013 : Transferred VSC to TSC

June 26, 2013 (175 days) : NOA2

July 22, 2013 (26 days) : Sent to NVC

July 30, 2013 : Arrived at NVC

July 30, 2013 (8 days) : Received case number

August 9, 2013 : Fiance received packet 3

August 15, 2013 : Medical

September 26, 2013 : Interview : AP additional medical information needed

October 11, 2013 : 2nd Medical appointment

October 31, 2013: 2nd Medical report picked up by Embassy courier

November 21, 2013: 2nd Medical report received and our case with with an officer for review

January 17, 2014: Refused (found inadmissible)

Filing a waiver to lift the inadmissibility....

So they will just completely skip over Dec/Jan filers and go straight to end of Jan/Feb while TSC that we were transferred to does absolutely nothing? Is this going to be the same thing as Aug-Sep filers for CSC who had to wait 8-9 months while CSC jumped over to Oct/Nov all of a sudden?

From what I've seen TSC hasn't approved a single petition yet in the 2 weeks that passed since the transfer.

Can I ask what was requested ? I was asked for an original copy if letter if intent and proof Pictures and flight tickets which I do have
