Got the same message today. Last update was May 30, 2013.

The I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Thank you God almighty that our papers was touched 3 times from May 24. I believe this is a good sign for all of us. Keep the faith. God works in mysterious ways.

Just got our hardcopy RFE, and it was for a signed letter of intent from both of us. I will be working on mine tonight, and he should have his to me by Friday of next week, then I will have it sent overnight or express to the address they gave me on the envelope. I am so happy for all of you that have gotten approved, and for those of you still waiting hang in there! Prayers with you all :)

How long did it take to get your letter ? I got an RFE may 22. And came back from Mexico last night an d no letter :(

I got my RFE in e-mail on the 24th, and received my hard copy today from CSC, so yours should be arriving anyday now. Keep in mind the memorial day holiday made the post offices closed last Monday, so it set them back a bit. Should have yours anyday I am sure!

Any January 2013 Haitian filers? I am a February filer but would love to keep in touch with a Haiti filer just ahead of us so I can get an idea of what to expect. Thanks! Congrats also, to those of you who are starting to hear some news. I am anxiously waiting! :)

02-01-2013: I-129F Sent

02-08-2013: I-129F NOA1 received at Vermont Service Center.

06-21-2013: Received email notice of petition being transferred to local office.

06-28-2013: Received paper copy of notice of transfer to Texas Service Center

09-10-2013: Received email notice of RFE.

09-14-2013: Received paper copy of RFE.

09-27-2013: Texas Service Center received evidence for RFE

10-2-2013: Received email notice of NOA2

11-05-2013: NVC received petition.

11-13-2013: Haiti Embassy received petition

11-19-2013: Packet 3 sent from embassy (never physically received because fiancé had changed addresses and Embassy didn't have the right one)

11-20-2013: Address officially changed, Electronic copy of Packet 3 received via Email.

1-22-2014: Email sent to Haiti Embassy requesting Visa Petition Extension (Petition expired 02-01-2014)

02-10-2014: Visa Petition Extension granted via email response from Haiti Embassy (we were delayed turning in Packet 3 due to issues renewing Fiancé's passport and getting new birth certificate from Haiti Archives!)

02-28-2014: Packet 3 submitted to Haiti Messenger

Got the hard copy of the transfer notice. Notice date is May 29 (the date that the site said 2nd transfer, but it's possible that it's the notice from the first transfer, just help up a few days). Says it was transferred to TSC, like most people thought. Let's see if I get another hard copy transfer notice, or if TSC is the only transfer and the 2nd one was just some weird thing on the site.

Also, the notice now includes the beneficiary's A#.

1/4/13 - I129-F Sent | 1/8/13 - Received by USCIS
1/10/13 - NOA1 to VSC | 1/11/13 - Text/Email | 1/17/13 - Hard Copy Received
1/16/13 - Alien Registration Number changed
5/24/13 or 5/29/13 - Case Transferred to TSC
7/2/13 - NOA2 from TSC! (173 days from NOA1) | 7/6/13 - Hard Copy Received
7/18/13 - Shipped to NVC | 7/26/13 - Received at NVC and case number assigned
7/29/13 - In transit to consulate | 7/31/13 - Received by consulate

Hey guys, so I get the transfer hardcopy in the mail today. It's dated 5/29/13 and it was transferred to Texas....

So now my question is??

1. The email/text on 5/24 stated that the case was transferred (left me in a loop cause it didn't indicate where)

2. Got a 2nd email/text on 5/29 stating that it was now transferred to my local office (in my case Miami)

3. Got a 3rd email/text on 5/30 stating that the case was transferred (again). When I called uscis they stated that it was transferred to Vermont (again) and the update on the website didn't have a date (this time around).

So NOW that I get this hardcopy and it's dated 5/29 which of the above 3 should I pick. SMH

K-1 Visa

12/26/12 * I-129F mailed out

12/28/12 * I-129F received and signed

01/02/13 * NOA1

01/07/13 * Alien registration # changed

05/24/13 * Transferred to TSC

05/30/13 * Now transferred to my local office

06/03/13 * Hardcopy of transfer notice received with new receipt date (now 12/31/12)

06/05/13 * Infopass at local USCIS. Was told that petition is in Vermont (so the system says). As for Me: Keeping my faith

06/19/13 * RFE email received

06/29/13 * RFE hardcopy received (asking for letter of intent to marry from both)

07/02/13 * RFE mailed out

07/03/13 * RFE received in TX

07/05/13 * USCIS update "Review for RFE"

07/10/13 * NOA2 (email) God is GREAT

07/18/13 * NOA2 hardcopy recieved

07/22/13 * Case sent to NVC (new case # to be assigned)

07/30/13 * Got New case #. SDO2013 - God is GREAT

Congratulations! Good to know there is a light at the end of the tunnel in this.

2013.1.7- I-129f mailed to Texas Lockbox (with correct fee this time--> Delivered 2013.1.8 (priority date)

2013.5.29- RFE mailed--> 2013.6.3 RFE arrives --> 2013.7.3 Forms mailed back to CIS via DHL--> 2013.7.5 CSC confirms receipt of evidence

2013.7.26- I129f approved! --> 2013.8.16- NVC confirms receipt of petition

2013.8.30- P3 arrives at fiancee's home --> 2013.9.8 P3 documents mailed to GUZ

2013.9.20- P4 email arrives

2013.10.25- Medical exam; 2013.10.28- Interview--> APPROVED!

2014.2.20- POE!; 2014.2.21- reunited in my hometown :)
