Got the same email today.

Initial Review

On May 24, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I hope this is a good sign for all of us. Let's pray!!! God is always good! :)

I submitted a change of address request just a few days before I got my NOA2.

I found out about my NOA2 approval by checking my status on the USCIS wesbite. It said I was approved on 5/21 and my status was "post decision activity." (I did not get an email or text)

Today, I checked my status again, and it says that my address was changed on 5/23, and my status is now "initial review"

I called the toll free number and they said the website only reports the latest change made to the case, so that's why it has the address change. The representative did not explain why it now says "initial review."

Has this happened to anyone else? I'm quite worried...

When i checked my status it says,

"At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information"

What's the meaning of this? Is there anyone who got the same message? dry.png

We're still waiting for them to actually acknowledge that the RFE was sent back to them. For some reason mail gets stuck in the void for 2 weeks from or to North Dakota. *sigh*

I think having the cases transferred is an awesome sign! Maybe they saw how far VSC was behind and are making similar cases that are touched/approved a priority! I would say 'WOOOOOOOT!' :) I am still praying hard for you guys! I couldn't imagine the calls of frustration VSC has gotten because CSC had finally caught up! LOL!

07/08/2013 : Packet 3 Received (e-mail)

07/18/2013 : Medical Appointment in Brisbane

07/23/2013 : Sent Off Packet 3

08/07/2013 : Interview Date e-Mail

08/20/2013 : Interview Date at Sydney Consulate

08/20/2013 : Approved! Pending I-134 With Pen Signature

08/26/2013 : E-Mailed Pen Signed I-134 (The original never arrived sad.png so a new one was express mailed directly to the consulate in Sydney)

09/06/2013 : E-Mail stating that they needed more proof of assets

09/07/2013 : E-Mailed Proof of Assets (Again...)

09/16/2013 : Touched

09/17/2013 : Touched

09/18/2013 : Touched

09/19/2013 : Touched (Yes...4 days in a row O.O)

09/20/2013 : Informed that we need more proof of assets! (Like I'm hiding mounds of treasure somewhere? Grr...)

We finally heard back, we received an RFE. Any of you been through that?

I received an RFE as well on the 22nd, still waiting on the hardcopy. I kinda expected it, did not send the letter of intent nor the G-325......I now have it all ready so hopefully that's what they are asking for...

yeah on my letter of intent I sent a photo copy of his signature that he scanned in, so maybe they want an original signature from him.

Anyone from early/mid January that's yet to receive an NOA2 or RFE? My NOA1 date was January 15th and I've yet to hear back :( It's kind of disappointing seeing all these people who filed after me getting theirs, LOL. I just want my fiance here :(

Yep. Kinda predictable though. Given the totally dysfunctional way that CSC process petitions I'm not at all surprised that late Jan filers are being processed before us. The scandal is that there are people six months ! before late Jan filers who still haven't got their NOA2s. As such we can't really complain about a gap of a few weeks......
