I'm off to bed now, but just to add, Tyler;

Remember, it wasn't data like yours that got CSC back into action from the coma they were in. It was frustrated and upset Americans contacting their representatives, doing it the right way, and getting the heat onto CSC for the unfair treatment they were enduring. That resulted in action.

Anyone who is over the processing time or is unhappy should contact their representative, or a group, like yourselves, could organize a peaceful protest just like VJ did. Hell, I know Anonymous can protest, I saw them all over London in 2011 going past in a bus.

It is all useless in the end if it does not encourage change.

Yes gene, I agree. Goes back to my point. Shows how they've operated in the past, doesn't change how they will operate in the future or help to bring fairer treatment to petitioners and to get our cases resolved in a more timely manner.

i feel like this thread has been hi jacked by durden's data! yes i found the data interesring, no, i dont find it helpful. but all the post arguing over it are enough! every reply he has is only a way for him to brag about what he can do, whoppi, i have a 13 year old who can do the same research and make pretty graphs. it just show he has to much free time.

i would ask everyone to stop replying to his post, and allow this thread to return to topic. we are here to talk abour our progress, how we are dealing with our journey's. to help and support each other. as i see it durden and his posts are not helpful or supportive, do not show the progress for january filers. He does not even seem to be a january filer. with that said, if he can show me when anyone who filed around the first of this year will be approved I'll be happy to give a darn.

I feel like this thread has been hijacked by VSC people whining over info they say they don’t want and don’t have.
I always hear the VSC people complain about tyler and CSC people saying thanks. I also noticed that he posts his data and then some VSC person complains, then he responds and it’s back and forth. Stop complaining. Let the man post his snippets. If you don’t like it ignore it. No need to always insult this guy for trying to do something. He is doing more than anyone who I hear complaining. If you let him post and keep your mouth shut maybe there won’t be arguments. Stop goading the man and let him do his thing.
It may are may not helpful to you. Sorry if he isn’t helping VSC. Whine, whine, whine. Can you really expect him to with you always attacking him?
I do personally know one guy who is meeting with a senator here because of that data. Apparently tyler is even sending one of their guys to meet directly with the senator. You do not speak for us CSC filers, it’s not your information so just stop it.

I use my fancy 'scroll' button if I don't want to see something! Haha! I can't say I haven't read it but I have waited patiently and without complaint. It came to be that the RFE arrived and I'm taking it one day at a time and will continue to do so. I will be the first to admit that I don't understand all the numbers so I don't choose to pay much attention to it. I appreciate anyone who's helped get the ball rolling but I also don't think it was one person or group who accomplished that. I wish I had taken part in kicking USCIS into gear but I don't think I did. I wouldn't know how and wasn't expecting to have things move ahead so early with everything going on. So now I am glad for how far we've come in our journey and my heart weeps for those still waiting. I have been with my fiance for 5 years and I know the pain of waiting all too well. My heart goes out to you and I will always remember to keep those waiting in the future in my thoughts and prayers. With my fiance finally home I will always be reminded of the people I have met, the work it took to get where I will be and the people who have the same journey in their lives ahead. I really appreciate everyone here and I am and forever will be greatful for this site and those who have helped me cope with the long process of being united with the man I love so very much. Thank you guys! <3's! I hope I can help future couples one day!

Later on, some people here would realize that Tyler's data is not useless at all.

Let's just wait and see before we jump into conclusion of saying that his data is not worth it at all....

Ok, then don’t use it.

Dear sir, the official USCIS webpage states the following regarding case status checks:

Terms and Conditions

If security monitoring reveals evidence of possible criminal activity, such evidence may be provided to law enforcement personnel. Use of this system constitutes consent to such security monitoring.

I for one would not risk my case status or others by being affiliated with what you have done. I know you feel you are in the right, but according to USCIS you are not.

Precisely. It does not help anyone and I applaud/pity anyone brave enough to take data gathered in this way to a Senator, as it will likely balls their case up. Such a big no no. I will not be affiliated with it and I encourage all to not be affiliated with it either; but in saying so it brings out silly statements like "VSC filers are just whining".

By all means, if anyone wants to risk their case being affiliated with this and unauthorised use of USCIS' system, feel free.

Robb and Ann - VSC filers have every right to post here too, in the JANUARY (not January CSC filers) topic, and have a right to voice their opinion on Tyler's data. If you don't like it, PM Tyler to get the data or make a separate topic for it. It's quite rude to accuse everyone of "whining" when we have legitimate concerns. I could have said all I've seen from CSC filers is "whining" even since they picked up pace, but I try not to be as judgemental or offensive.
