Wow, that is really a secure site!! wink.png

lol. just like what everyone is saying, we don't own the WAC numbers.. everyone can look up the status of our petition by simply entering other WAC numbers by changing the last digits,etc... but looking up the status of other petitions by entering the WAC # does not mean that we can already see personal information such as the name of the applicants, etc.. just the status though.lol

As you may recall we gave a heads up hint of a prediction of upcoming activity for you January filers based on our Durden Data.
We thought we would give some analysis for you all so you can see where things stand so far and whet your appetite for information.
Here is a snapshot based on CSC receipt numbers between 314192 and 377064. These 1445 I-129F petitions comprise what CSC considers to be the January filers. This is accurate as of 5/16/2013 and is complete containing all USCIS data not just the VJ timelines. Keep in mind that VJ sees NOA1s slightly different than how USCIS looks at it.
File Status Count Percent
-------------------------------------------------- ----------- -------
Initial Review 858 59.37%
Post Decision Activity 437 30.24%
Request for Evidence 119 8.23%
Decision 15 1.03%
Unavailable 9 0.62%
Acceptance 4 0.27%
Request for Evidence Response Review 3 0.20%
Keep in mind that a RFE is a secondary review, so the files that have a probability of review and possible NOA2 or RFE is as follows.
Initial Review Count Percent
-------------- ----------- -------
Reviewed 574 39.72%
Not Reviewed 871 60.27%
Doesn't it feel good when you are well informed? See, data can be fun.
Shhhhh… Keep this information our little secret. We aren't supposed to tell you. secret7vf.gif

It kinda worries me that there still are november filers that still didn't get their NOA2. :(

I know that they don't necessarily follow an order, but still, it kinda breaks my heart to know that there's a possibility of waiting a few more months...
