Yes I was thinking the same thing, lol! I wish I'd hear something this week ;). I'm expecting to hear in July, honestly. Though we're starting to get onto the congressman now and will reply to our Senator in June once we reach 5 months. Vermont need a kick up the back side, though at least they're not working at the comatosed pace that they were a few weeks ago.

May is halfway over! I'm trying to keep busy (have my Master's graduation in a few days)! Another thing I do to pass the time is think of decorating ideas for our home, I live in an apartment now, but we will be moving into a house together when he gets here, so I love browsing decorating blogs thinking about how our place will look :)

[June 25th 2012] Met in Person in London!
[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!

[July 08th 2013]- NOA2 (approved 165 Days)
[July 18th 2013] Case forwarded to NVC
[July 26th 2013] We call DoS and are finally given our case # - I book medical immediatly

[July 29th 2013] Case forwarded to US Embassy, London
[August 8th 2013] Packet 3 sent (before received)

[August 9th 2013] Packet 3 received
[August 13th 2013] Medical

[August 16th 2013] CEAC updates - London logs my medical results

[August 20th 2013] - CEAC update - London logs my packet 3

[August 23rd 2013] I call DoS and they tell me my interview date, (2 weeks since I sent ds-2001)

[August 27th 2013 CEAC update - London dispatches packet 4]

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

10/30/2013 - US Arrival

01/25/2014 - Filed I-485, I-131 & I-765

02/25/2014 - Biometrics

04/02/2014 - Received approval text for EAD/AP

04/10/2014 - Received EAD/AP card

Queen and I are VSC so I highly doubt we'll be seeing anything this month let alone this week

VSC have just started November and only one January filer is saying they got a NOA2

I'm with VSC too and I agree with you.

I just checked our case on the USCIS site, and it says "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

" Anyone else had this? Is their site down?

ours is just the same as b4..

"On January 29, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance."

hummm dnt know y yours says like that..maybe contact the phone number listed in the update

I just checked our case on the USCIS site, and it says "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

omg! one of our fellow Jan filers got their noa2 already!!!! they filed jan 16 and their NOA1 date on their timeline is Jan 31.. dancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gif congratulations again to JL_Cristina!!!! guys we're getting there!!!!! praying we all get the noa2 soon!!

Yes we couldn't believe we got our approval today. I just posted a topic about them changing the alien registration number and then the next text message was already our approval. I took a 5 day trip to the Philippines 2 weeks ago because we thought it will take longer but here we are. :) God is amazing.
