[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!

[August 8th 2013] Packet 3 sent (before received)

[August 9th 2013] Packet 3 received
[August 13th 2013] Medical

[August 16th 2013] CEAC updates - London logs my medical results

[August 20th 2013] - CEAC update - London logs my packet 3

[August 23rd 2013] I call DoS and they tell me my interview date, (2 weeks since I sent ds-2001)

[August 27th 2013 CEAC update - London dispatches packet 4]

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

With CSC slowing down a bit, yet with them now being on to Oct....what would you all wager will be the month that they start working on us January filers? I hope its really not Aug-Sep like my timeline is estimating. Any Guesses?

My congressional aide called CSC to check on our case. She told me to expect January filers to process July - August time frame. She said if I didn't hear anything by end of August she would call again.

Im sick and tired of this game.... Some people get approved in 3-4 months, others get aproved after 7-8... When will this night mare come to an end... :(

It prob doesnt matter how i feel because either way i just gotta keep waiting.

I am super Depressed I can't travel to see him because i am used to traveling knowing when i will see him next was always comforting in the past few years. This NOT knowing sucks butt! If we were millionaires it would be an issue id fly every week but were not. We have a baby being a single mommy has to be the toughest thing ive ever had to do. I am just so sick and tired of waiting of handing my next step to the american govt! I so regret doing K1 we shouldve just gotten married we were anticipating a wait of a year and we couldve planned me traveling accordingly but now... im stuck.....this is soooo hard for me in every aspect of life......

Hello January filers! We got our NAO1 on the 3rd of Jan and sent of the day before Christmas :) I'm getting impatient and needed something else to read besides timelines! LOL! We were at CSC but got a notice that our address changed on Jan 30th so I'm not sure if we were transferred. I will be calling Wed when I have the day off to see if that was it. I hope this is over soon!

Good luck, friends! I'm seeing hope just around the corner.

Also, why are some later than us from the same country getting NAO2s and some earlier not? Is the process completely random? I hope not! >.<

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between August 3, 2013 and August 24, 2013*.

Good evening guys,

I have spent nearly 2 hours reading this entire forum. I too am a January 2013 filer. I petitioned my fiancé late December 2012. Actual date received was 12/28/12 and NOA1 date 1/2/13. He lives in the Dominican Republic. Luckily I live in Miami which makes it easier for me to travel every 2 or 3 months to spend time with my heart.gif. I just got back from a weekend trip last week and this time around the goodbye was even more heartbreaking. But knowing that this was the last time before I go back for the interview makes me very happy :)

This truly is a stressful and frustrating wait, and as we head into our 5th month wait time it becomes even more nerve-wrecking. I've decided to compile all the documents and paperwork required for the interview so we don't have to do that at last minute.

I hope and pray that we all get our soooooooo awaited NOA2 within the next few weeks. Every day that goes by is a day closer for us being with our other 1/2. Best of luck to all.

12/26/12 * I-129F mailed out

12/28/12 * I-129F received and signed

01/02/13 * NOA1

01/07/13 * Alien registration # changed

05/24/13 * Transferred to TSC

05/30/13 * Now transferred to my local office

06/03/13 * Hardcopy of transfer notice received with new receipt date (now 12/31/12)

06/05/13 * Infopass at local USCIS. Was told that petition is in Vermont (so the system says). As for Me: Keeping my faith

06/19/13 * RFE email received

06/29/13 * RFE hardcopy received (asking for letter of intent to marry from both)

07/02/13 * RFE mailed out

07/03/13 * RFE received in TX

07/05/13 * USCIS update "Review for RFE"

07/10/13 * NOA2 (email) God is GREAT

07/18/13 * NOA2 hardcopy recieved

07/22/13 * Case sent to NVC (new case # to be assigned)

07/30/13 * Got New case #. SDO2013 - God is GREAT
