if it´s true, it must be an expedite. From what I´ve seen (and I am observing closely) they haven´t approved anyone past December except a few expedites.

Looks like they´re working on September and October for the most part. I´ve only seen one more December filer a few days ago.

Looks like CSC is cranking out approvals at an amazing rate recently. If this continues, you CSC filers might even get processed before we are at VSC as VSC seems to have slowed down recently. Why can't they both be cranking them out at the same time? It always seems like it's either one or the other.

It's almost the end of April and VSC has only processed about a 3rd of October filers, so it's a bit more than 6 months wait there. CSC meanwhile is catching up pretty fast with the forgotten Aug-Oct filers and they already have about half of all December filers processed.

My VJ estimate has been pretty consistent with it showing the second half of July for pretty much the entire duration of the wait so far. In any case, this can all change pretty quickly in either direction, as can be seen from the fiasco at CSC.

I looked at case numbers closes to mine also, I looked forward and back and saw nothing note worthy before the end of oct, I just hope VSC speeds back up, this wait is killing, Not having Alejandra with me is so hard to deal with, have these people never loved someone and missed them for even a weekend, and here we are waiting months with out word!

If the CSC continues to process at current rates, and continues to process petitions in first-come first-served order, all January CSC filers will receive NOA2 within 5 months of NOA1.

That's. All we are praying for ... I miss my girl soo bad! That I'm about to go crazy... :(

I know how you feel. I last saw my fiancee Jan 5. I'm heading back May 24 for 2 weeks. That will likely be my last trip until she and her two little kids have their visas in hand (I'm really hoping that will be by early September at the latest). I will fly back then to accompany them on their trip to the U.S. I wish I could be there for the embassy interview, but I'm running out of vacation time - and the airfare is so expensive.

Hi my beautiful lady has 2 kids also. Is good to know someone else here is applying for 3 people. (I think is what u did rite? ) I was a little "worry" about it, cuz most people in here are applying only for one person and didn't know if for me (us) that could have been a problem or take longer than most applications. I haven't seen my woman in 8 months =(. Airplane tickets are too expensive. Good luck to you too !!
