Every morning I wake up I pray that it's been approved and so far I wake up disappointed but never less will I give up hope that soon I will get that noa2 I'm sure ALL of you know the struggle it is to be far from the one you love the stress the pain the unecesary fights the agony of the wait but this is all worth it at the end of the day when I dream of having him here by my side :) so to never giving up hope and to all of us receiving a noa2 :)

For us (UK embassy) im guesstimating around 3 months from NOA2 to visa in hand

I hope not! Just to cut down any time (if any), my fiance has already requested his police report, replaced his water damaged passport for a new one and already received it, and I'm getting my documents in order over here to send them over for his interview. We're trying to be prepared to get everything done quickly once that day comes!

I have a feeling we might all get our noa2 may.

I would be extremely happy if that were the case ... but that would fall into the 4 month range. I'm guessing June.

03/03/2014 - Case Transferred to CSC
03/27/2014 - NOA2 - E-mail and text - APPROVED!!!
04/04/2014 - NVC Received

05/05/2014 - Case Number & IIN Assigned

05/08/2014 - Submitted DS-261

05/10/2014 - AOS Available/Paid/Sent Package

05/13/2014 - AOS Package Received/Fee withdrawn (Scanned on 5/15) - Happy bday to me! :)

05/14/2014 - AOS Shows as PAID

05/19/2014 - IV Available/Paid/Sent Package

05/20/2014 - IV Fee withdrawn/Shows as PAID/DS-260 Available & Submitted

05/21/2014 - IV Package Received (Scanned on 5/23)

06/13/2014 - AOS Approved

06/26/2014 - CASE COMPLETE!!! (Confirmed by call, AOS changed to N/A)

07/10/2014 - Interview date assigned!!!! (August 19th)

07/11/2014 - Received Interview letter via e-mail

07/21/2014 - Hubby's medical (Passed!)/E-mail sent to embassy requesting earlier date

07/23/2014 - Interview rescheduled!!

Thought I would subscribe to this thread to see how other January 2013 filers are doing. I really don't know what to make of the recent Nov/Dec cases being completed while Aug-Oct waits and waits. I hope that for our sakes that January is next but I feel bad for those waiting much longer than us. This whole thing puts our lives on hold too as we'd originally planned on her coming to the US in July or August at the latest so her son could start the school year in September. Now I am really not sure what to expect, will it be September or October or even, god forbid, December or later? I'll see her again in a couple of weeks and I am not sure what I will say about the possible delay as I really have no idea what's going on, sigh...

January 8, 2013 - I-129F Sent

January 14, 2013 - I-129F Received by the USCIS (VSC)

January 17, 2013 - NOA1 Received

January 24, 2013 - A# changed

It's been 3 months since NOA1. Now waiting for the miracles!:) Hope each and everyone of us will get what we deserved. Let's pray together. Remember prayers can move mountains :)

It seems that California has sped up a lot recently, while Vermont is now lagging behind....

I love how everyone thinks CSC is now ahead of VSC. They're not. They're just skipping 3.5 months worth of applications that they should have processed long before Nov and Dec!!! It's just appalling!

Truee because the last few applications were from december which would put those people at only 4 months to NOA2..

[August 23rd 2013] I call DoS and they tell me my interview date, (2 weeks since I sent ds-2001)

[August 27th 2013 CEAC update - London dispatches packet 4]

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

CSC have approved a couple of December 20's so only 7 week days away from getting to January. Let's hope they get through December quickly and move on to January!
