I'm started to feel really hopeless looking how behind VSC are and getting farther behind all the time, while CSC filers are on January and are pretty much done with 2012. There really shouldn't be this much imbalance between two service centers for the same government agency.

[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!

[July 26th 2013] We call DoS and are finally given our case # - I book medical immediatly

[July 29th 2013] Case forwarded to US Embassy, London
[August 8th 2013] Packet 3 sent (before received)

[August 9th 2013] Packet 3 received
[August 13th 2013] Medical

[August 16th 2013] CEAC updates - London logs my medical results

[August 20th 2013] - CEAC update - London logs my packet 3

[August 23rd 2013] I call DoS and they tell me my interview date, (2 weeks since I sent ds-2001)

[August 27th 2013 CEAC update - London dispatches packet 4]

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

Really is. Makes you feel angry at why it's so unfair that we'll have to wait another 3 months to begin our life with our loved ones.

Yeah, honestly, if the country is geographically split down the middle and either side will go to either center, it still doesn't make sense why one is almost at a halt, while the other is in hyberspeed. Don't get me wrong, I'm really happy for the CSC people but if VSC is barely into November, we're looking at late July for us VSCers with their rate. Sigh.

In Late 2012, early 2013 CSC was very far behind, so guess what? thats right, they TRANSFERED some of their files to Vermont for processing. But then Vermont later transfered some of their cases to Texas. GOD only knows where my case work is.

I agree. Send it all back. It's not fair for half of filers to get approvals in 4 months and others to get 7-9. It needs to be balanced. VSC are now practically 2.5 months behind CSC, so if they're still processing CSC, it's taking the mick now.

I agree. Send it all back. It's not fair for half of filers to get approvals in 4 months and others to get 7-9. It needs to be balanced. VSC are now practically 2.5 months behind CSC, so if they're still processing CSC, it's taking the mick now.

What I wonder is do they work on organizing and processing set kinds of files, such as Work visas, Students visas, Fiance visas, or do they work on any assortment of file that gets processed in the order it came into. Such as one worker may have 4 student visas, 2 work visas, and 5 fiance visas to process, or would they only work on one type of file. Hmm.

Hoping for an NOA2 Soooooon! Every text and every email I get, my heart drops! Received my NOA2 Jan 4th. Hoping for some action in the next day, week or two...If not, Im alright with waiting...unfortunately. I am just hoping that the Expedite request I made in February did not move my case out of place. Since my request to expedite was denied, Im hoping they didn't even touch my case and rather only touch cases that have probable cause or the required evidence they've requested from you and then proceed to work on your case. Anywho fingers crossed cray5ol.gif

I really hope so!!! they touched my file on 5th may but they didn't ask for anything so here we are waiting, hope to hear something very soon!!!! and again CONGRATS! This surely are great news for both of you!!!! Best wishes for both of you!! When our turn come I will be in tears for sure being this our second time filing!!

WACXXXXXX50...On January 30, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

WACXXXXXX51....On May 15, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

WACXXXXXX52...On May 15, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

WACXXXXXX53..On January 30, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

WACXXXXXX54...On May 15, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

WACXXXXXX55...On May 15, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).
