QUESTION: I SENT MY PETITION TO THE EXPRESS MAIL AND COURIER LOCKBOX ADDRESS BY ACCIDENT. MY PACKET WAS PROCESSED BY THE USPS AND SENT CERTIFIED. JUST WONDERING IF THE PACKET WILL BE SENT BACK TO ME? SINCE ITS TOO LATE TO STOP THE POST OFFICE FROM SENDING IT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS, OR WILL THEY SEND IT TO THE APPROPRIATE DALLAS LOCKBOX FOR ME? SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR TOO EXCITED! LOL! Thanks in Advance you guys :-)~bubblz

Hi! I think it will be send back to you if delivered in inappropriate address. Don't worry. :)

in all your ways submit to Him,
and He will make your paths straight.

I think it will be deliverd by USPS as it is good a address. But the question is if the USCIS will accept it or not for you not strictly following instructions. Pray they accept it since I'm sure USCIS have seen such a mistake before. Goodluck!

It will be returned. Please don;t used caps, it is considered yelling.

Clearly I was not yelling! But thanks for your input anyway.

Typing in all caps = yelling...that's what mimo was referencing.

If you sent it to this address: 2501 S State Hwy 121 Business Suite 400, Lewisville, TX 75067, then it should be fine and not returned to you. The express mail address and the PO Box address both will end up at the same place. The difference is based on the shipping method.

Be sure to read more thoroughly and carefully going forward in this process, though. It's all about the details!

Part One: The K-1 Visa Journey:

USCIS Receipt of I-129F: January 24, 2012 | Petition Approval: June 15, 2012 (No RFEs)

Part Two: Entry and Adjusting Status:

POE: November 18, 2012 (at SFO) - Review
Wedding: December 1, 2012 | Social Security: New cards received on December 7, 2012.
AOS Package (I-485/I-765/I-131) NOA1: February 19, 2013 | Biometrics Appt.: March 18, 2013
AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013

Part Three: Removal of Conditions:

Lol! I know CAPS LOCK = yelling everybody sheeeeesh but it was totally not my intent. Thank you for the info. I somehow got mixed up by thinking my express certified package needed to go to the express delivery but later realized that it should have went to the Dallas lockbox as it was processed by the USPS. Totally my fault. I'll pay more attention next time. Was just too excited :-) Thanks again.
