AOS and EAD price

hi guys, hope you can help me with this:

i was told that you have to apply the AOS and EAD at the same time..

how much is the total cost of the AOS with the EAD? because some says it's $1070 but the EAD form has a seperate amount of $380.00

kindly please clarify it to me..

There is no fee to file for EAD together with AOS, or while AOS is pending.

when the forms I-765 and i-131 are filed concurrent with a I-485, there is no fee involved. You should file a I-131 also, just in case.

You can file the EAD, AOS, and AP for the one fee of $1,070.

I131 is not needed for k1.

I-130 is not needed for K-1, but filing for I-131 (K-1 or not) is a good idea.

Please note that, if you file Form I-485 to adjust your status as a permanent resident on or after July 30, 2007, no additional fee is required to also file an application for employment authorization on Form I-765 and/or advance parole on Form I-131. You may file these forms together. If you choose to file the I-765 and/or I-131 separately after July 30, 2007, you must also submit a copy of your I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence of the filing of an I-485. I-131 is needed if you leeave the country.it is needed if you wish to re-enter the country
