Hi all. My friend is on AOS pending and got RFE for I-693 and states that she has a class b condition and need to have a follow up examination within 30 days upon arrival in US. Problem is, she doesnt have any idea what is her class B condition. She said, during her medical examination overseas, the doctor only told her that she has a breast lump and havent mentioned about class b condition. She is cluecless. They called USCIS about her RFE but customer service cant pull out her information. Should they do an info pass? Can an IO could tell her specifically whats her class B condition? They are seeing a civil surgeon now and have syphillis and tb test again. please do advice. thank you

i did received the same RFE about two weeks ago on class b condition. I was worried too cos the panel physician never told me i had a class b condition or any medical condition until i found it on the copy of my medical the CSC attached to my RFE. i did a new medical and the civil surgeon could not found any class b condition. But in your case the breast lump might be the reason why the panel physician indicate a class b but its not something to worry about. All they require from you is a new medical examination to clear the class b condition indicated on your previous medical exam. good luck

Hi Labi, you mentioned they sent you a copy of your medical with your RFE. are u referring to ur medical records or just an explanation about your rfe? My friend got only the RFE notice (blue paper) and 2 pages of explanation about i-693 but doesnt state any specific medical issue. Only says, that during your medical overseas shows that you have class b condition and need follow up examination.. ( Hope they state what exactly it is so that she could addressed it with the civil surgeon correctly, sigh) :)

A copy of the medical where the doctor states Class b condition and ticked follow up after one month upon arrival was attached to my RFE. i did'nt know this until i got the RFE. It did'nt says the specific condition. my findings with the civil surgeon suggest that it may have been because of the 10 point above normal BP readings that led the doctor indicate this which i think its what happen in your friend case as far as the lump in the breast is concern.
