Had an AOS interview few days ago.it went good.the IO gave me 87 days to send some evidence she was asking for(i had them at the spot but she was tired and didnt wanna look at them).

My question is if i can send the evidence she was asking for and than change my address to a different city that other office servs.

Its gonna affect my case?the desicion gonna be made by the office i change my address to or by the office i had the interview?

09/07/2012: I-130. I-485. I-765 Packeg sent to chicago lockbox

09/10/2012: Package delivered

09/13/2012: Recive 3 Text+Emails that applications recived

10/03/2012: Biomatrics completed

10/21/2012: Interview notice (11/26/2012)

11/08/2012: Txt&Email EAD card production.

11/14/2012: 2nd card production txt&Email

11/15/2012: EAD card mailed

11/19/2012: Got EAD in hand

What have they asked in the RFE?

Any 'Further Review' letter?

Keep it simple. Just send the RFE response now and see what happens. Once approved, you can tell them to send at new new address.

Day20 - 10/16/2012 - Biometrics Walk In - Successful :)

Day33 - 10/29/2012 - EAD card Production Ordered-Pleasant surprise :)

Day37 - 11/02/2012 - EAD Card received - WoW !

Day40 - 11/05/2012 - Interview letter for Dec 4 date - The BIG Day !

Day70 - 12/04/2012 - Interview done. Pray to GOD!

Day95 - 12/28/2012 - Letter for 2nd Interview in Feb

Yea she gave me a letter that describe what is she looking for.joint bank accounts,bills,lease agreements.

My question is if i can move to houston texas after i send what she ask for and how its gonna affect my case...

If you move then the office in which you had an interview cannot approve your case, unless you move to a nearby area also served by that local office. If you move you will have another interview at your new local office. Each office has jurisdiction over the residences of applicants and can only approve cases in their area.

In that situation I would probably have asked to talk to a supervisor before I left the building.

I know this sucks.

Even we had everything but IO not asked for more.

Did you get the Further review letter or just list of docs to submit?
