Do I need to prove anything?

Of course not!

No you don't. Of course, then you admit that you can't back up your claim that Mr. Bloomberg is a felon. If he was, there would be a court file, a verdict, you know, the standard stuff that a felon has. Interesting that a felon is running the biggest city in the country. I thought thy had laws against that. And while I thought kept up with the news, I totally missed Mr. Bloomberg's trial and conviction. I googled it as well and it would appear that google missed it, too. All that would suggest that Mr. Bloomberg is in fact not a felon. So I thought you could help me out pointing me to some material that points to his conviction of a felony.

You need to keep up with your gun nut on the SCOTUS bench:

SCALIA: "I mean, obviously, the (2nd) amendment does not apply to arms that cannot be hand-carried. It's to 'keep and bear.' So, it doesn't apply to cannons. But I suppose there are hand-held rocket launchers that can bring down airplanes that will have to be -- it will have to be decided."

As long as rocket launchers are on the table, RPGs most certainly are. What he's saying is that as long as you can carry it, it might be protected under the second amendment.

Some of the more ridiculous gun-nuts on here have actually argued in the past that there can be no restriction on 'arms' that will pass constitutional muster, even suitcase nukes must be allowed! There is actually a little bit of coherency to that line of thinking though all of us suffering from that condition called sanity draw a completely different conclusion, that is, because it is obvious you must deny citizens the right to "keep and bear" suitcase nukes it logically follows that government can draw that line wherever the people and their representatives find most appropriate.

If the ATF had any balls, they'd take him down. But, they're too busy being Holder's lap dogs.

There wasn't much I disliked about Korea, but that was definitely one thing that irked me hardcore. I had to order two "sets" every time I ate fast food.

Never bothered me much, but then again I am not really into eating junk food.

And what's with the one napkin thing?

I don't know about that, but roll of toilet paper thing at the table used to crack me up

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

I'd like to see the source of that info.

Although I don't dispute the numbers... yet, NCPA seems like a right wing group with an agenda. All the board members are current or former CEOs.

Kinda the same as Big Dog throwing out his right to work research from some group where all the members were current or former union officials.

However, the numbers stated in the graphic are interesting.

The NCPA office is right down the street from me. Maybe I'll stop in and say hi.

Q: Did gun control in Australia lead to more murders there last year?

A: This ‘Gun History Lesson’ is recycled bunk from a decade ago. Murders in Australia actually are down to record lows.

Anything but the guns.

Response to comment #122 and 123

If you interpret it that way as eliminating the teenager…. I think you dont even want to know the root cause of the problem.

All you care is just coz you are not ok with owning or operating gun nobody else should either, even if it is at cost of trampling the right of millions of ppl.
