I am guessing you would be also ok if you cannot purchase 48oz soda coz other ppl cannot control themself?

Ya I know right, I don't know how I survived all those years in Korea where something like a 20oz drink is considered a large size drink at Mcdonalds.

That’s what the Bloomberg wants to do cutting the size of soda in NY.

My point is do we need govt in every single thing? Today as a parent you cannot even discipline your kid or govt would be all over you.

Those same kids when they grow up have no respect for their parents, teachers or elders.

Parents don’t know what is going on with their child, don’t know who their friends are, don’t know where they are going …. Com on we have lot bigger problem.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

Was that size of the soda controlled by the govt in Korea?

No, the Korean government doesn't need to, Koreans have in this respect have self control. When Americans as a whole show similar self control, government regulations can be relaxed or eliminated.

So you are saying until Americans develop self control like Koreans everything has to be controlled by govt, what you eat, what you drink, whom you talk to, where you go, what you read, what you can say etc?

Dude, I like anarchism as much as the next guy, but I don't believe that the majority or even a minority should be put in harms ways just because a minority of people can't or won't control themselves.

Dude that means everything should be banned you cannot even live in stone age, even the stones can inflict damage.

Just coz one lunatic guy goes on rampage does not mean rest of the ppl have to suffer the consequence.

Maybe so, but it doesn't have anything to do with T.J. Hooker or Star Trek. You might want to get your facts straight before you start throwing around insults.

There wasn't much I disliked about Korea, but that was definitely one thing that irked me hardcore. I had to order two "sets" every time I ate fast food. And what's with the one napkin thing?

####### is The Bloomberg?

The Bloomberg is a straw man purchaser of firearms across state lines. He should be locked up in the same cell with Eric Holder and Hilary Clinton. In Tijuana. Or Benghazi. Dealers choice.

Straw man purchaser of firearms? I thought that sufficient gun controls exist? If that is true, how can there be straw purchasers of firearms?

The sufficiency of gun control is already unconstitutional. Under current law, Bloomberg violated federal and state statutes when he gave money to private individuals to purchase firearms around the country. He is a felon.

Really? You should make sure the SCOTUS affirms your view. Otherwise, it's quite meaningless.

Can you prove that? Of course not!

Do I need to prove anything?

Of course not!

Guns are here to stay. There won't be any changes made to the Constitution and since this drugged up whacked out kid went nuts at that school there is more talk than ever of relaxing gun laws for school staff than ever before. If you don't like our Constitution I'm sure Germany has one more to your liking. Nobody is forcing anyone to live here.
