AOS Shipping/sent HELP!

ok VJ Fam, i send the AOS on Saturday and im worried now lol i hope its fine that i send it through USPS Priority Mail/ and on the USPS Shipping Label i wrote my name instead of my fiance name i hope that wont b a problem, and i hope that the bank check i sent with my name on it wont be a problem either!!

I understand that feeling but I'm sure you don't need to be worried because your package should be delivered between today and Wednesday. USPS is pretty efficient in my experience. It doesn't matter whose name is on the shipping label as long as you put down the correct Chicago lockbox mailing address. Also, my husband (USC) made all payments on my behalf and all went smoothly.

The USCIS check requirements are particular:

Filing Fee :$985. (Add $85 biometric fee for a total of $1070, where applicable. See the form instructions for payment details.) You must make your check payable to Department of Homeland Security.It does not matter what name is on the mailing. Your application will be returned.

I think he meant that he used a personal check with his name on it from his own bank account. I don't think he made it payable to himself.
