They are just recordings, you can't actually talk to anyone, but thanks!

Email is best. Which email did you use? The SydneyIV one is the best one to use, they will get back to you, but sometimes they take a while.

From my experience they do reply but it may take a while. They took a few days to reply to me, though I sent a question 1 month or so ago. Perhaps the delay has to do with the upcoming Xmas period?

It's driving me nuts I've send 3 emails now and got nothing back yet. And that's after my interview last week. No sign of package (passport/ visa ) was hoping to be flying Thursday :( not going to happen. Which means I will miss Xmas. As flight go up until after Boxing Day. :(

As man sorry t hear that, I hope you get it soon. I also have not heard back ye, I finally found some # where I got someone on the phone, who basically put in some 'request' form, but we got an automated email today saying 'be patient a reply will come. Only we need to book flights to Sydney for an interview!!!! Or if the date gets pushed back it would be better, hoping for a response soon!!

Hi Vanessa, I emailed them last week asking about packet 4 and requesting an early interview if possible as I want to minimize the amount of the US school year my girls are missing. Don't know if it will help but I thought I'd give it a shot. So far I haven't heard back. It's frustrating that its the holidays lol
