If you received your citizenship under the CCA, then you must have spent sometime in the US? Even the physical presence as a LPR counts towards the total time you need to file for a CRBA.

@Apple21 - Thank you, is there any other fees aside from the medical? and when does the appointment for medical arrive? I already sent out the IV packet.

Once you have the interview letter for your son, he can do the medical exam.

Right now, you wait for case completion from NVC.

@Apple21 - how does it work...once the case is complete...he just go right away at St. Luke and ask for medical? is there any instruction from embassy? is there anything that needs to be prepared?

My son is now scheduled to be interviewed. On the email that is attached for the interview where it reads "Applicants eligible to attend the interview" it is only listed my son's name. My son will be accompanied by his mother. He's 4 years old, will she be able to enter in the embassy?
