I FILED MY I 130 TO VERMONT PRIORITY DATE WAS 08/28/12 THEN ON 09/4/12 WAS TRANSFERRED TO NBC. LAST TIME WAS TOUCHED 09/11/12 AND SINCE THEN I DID NOT HERD ANYTHING. ANY IDEA HOW MUCH MORE TIME I HAVE TO WAIT.

I seen people from September and October getting approved. I am thinking to call them and see where is my file and why this happening. when you call it is possible that I ASK FOR AN ISO.

You should always ask to speak to a Tier 2 person when calling USCIS. The average wait time is 5 months, so until you reach that point, they wont be able to do much for you.

Remember only the USC can call at this stage.

Yes I am a US citizen and I am so disappointed how immigration services are handled like this. It seems no order not soever people who filed months after me are getting approved and my case still pending. I means I don 't have any problem with everyone getting approved but at least should be by order of time.

It might have more to do with the field offices approving at different rates. Some of them are slower than others. I don't think they are intentionally skipping around.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

That is what I thought too but I saw people who filed in September and October were approved from the NBC. So it is a out of order thing.

Maybe it took a couple of weeks to transfer the cases and perhaps those people are at different field offices than you?

I would add a few weeks on to any August or September NOA1 date just due to the transfer.

My husband sent our I 130 in June 13 in Vermont , and we still don't hear nothing from them. We called them already 3 times and nothing new, they told us that they have too much work now and we must wait!!! Already 6 month since we received NOA 1,we don't hear any news from them. (Sorry for my not good English).
