Did your officer check to see when the next ceremony is scheduled? I had my interview in Chicago on Dec 5th. After he told me I passed he checked to see when the next ceremony is, found out there is one on Dec 7 only 2 days later and asked me if I would like that date. I said yes, waited 40 minutes for the Oath Letter and became US citizen on Dec 7. A week letter I received another Oath Letter in the mail for ceremony on Dec 7.

Wow Chicago is really slow. I applied mid October, so I'm guessing a February interview for October filers? wacko.gif
