hi i have a question to ask ,i came ot united states with b1/b2 visa then on 2003 i gOt marry to a us citizen and submitted my immigration papers ,things did't work out and we got divorce before my green card interview and after obtaining my social number and work auth ,2012 i got remarried and wondering in my i-485 should i use the same A number in my application and what should i write in the current status

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

You file for AOS from a b1/b2 and didn't attend the interview.

You would have received a denial letter (this means you were not legal to work anymore) and may have received a removal letter.

What you first need to find out is if you are in removal proceedings.

If you are not, expect some scrutiny about "fishing for a USC spouse".

I suggest you speak with an immigration attorney before filing.

Yes, your A number stays the same and your status would be b1/b2.. if you're not in removal proceedings that is.
