No problem at all, I am happy to help if you have any questions, that's what we are here for :)

For I 134 you would need pay stubs (we had 6 moths covered) and a letter from your employer saying how much you are making , what position and if in a good standing. That's what you need 100%! What I would suggest is to have at least your last year's tax return (last 3 if you have them) Saving account is not needed as long as you meet a minimum poverty line (depending on the size of your household it is as follow: 2 - $15,130 , 3 - $19,090, 4 - $23,050, etc, that's including all the people you are responsible for in your household including your new husband to be). So as long as you earn more than that, you don't need to show your savings...

To be honest Dublin Embassy doesn't require a lot of proofs of relationship but of course it's better to have more just in case as it really changes when it comes to what they ask for on the interview day. I only had around 5 photos, one screen shot of our iMessages, phone calls, skype calls and emails from each month and copies of the stamps in my passport and the plane tickets. Also some cards and letters. I haven't been asked for any of those but you might, so it's better to have it than being sorry after :) Basically bring what you have, no one expects you to email if you face time and message, we just happened to have it all but other couples just skype or face time and that is fine too :)

Do not stress, it's not a pleasant experience ( the interview itself) but as long as you answer their questions, you will be fine! And by "you" I mean your fiance since he is the one who will be interviewed :)

Any other questions just give me a shout !

Awww and congrats on your approval! Such a good news just before Christmas :)

Hello Sabi! I just wanted to say thanks or all our help! Although my fiancé just just got approved we are already hopping on the opportunity to get thing together straight away... He already booked an appointment for a physical Jan 8th and already went for his background check this week and should get it back 2-3 weeks! He's looked over the paper work he needs to fill out but does he need to wait for original forms to be sent to him? or can he print them off and do them now? Anything else he can get done now while he waits for packet?

I've already gathered my letter from employer.... I'm a teacher and my salary fits the criteria to support him, I did get savings account info to send over just in case they need it. I also have 4 of my most recent pay stubs (that enough?), and 2 years of tax returns. I also have a copy of all the paper work that was sent to the USCIS when we applied for his visa. Do I need to send this packet over to him? Also, it says I need to write another letter of intent....can I use the same one I already used for the application and just put the most recent date on it? Or do I have to write up a whole new one?

Once my fiancé does get he packet 3 and if we send it back right away, how long do of think

It will take o get an interview? after the interview how long after did you hear from them?

I know I'm overwhelming with the questions! But I thank you soooo much! Happy holidays!

Reprint the intent to marry with a new date, that's what we did, there was no problem at all and to be honest they didn't even take it from us :)
