"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

Agree with the sentiment, though I don't believe Morgan Freeman ever said it. Seems other sites reporting it don't know where it came from or how his name got attached to it.

Yeah, it's hard to say that anything posted with Morgan Freeman's name on it is actually something to do WITH him. Especially since sites are constantly posting fake stories about his death. Even IF he didn't say it, I don't think it changes the meaning of what is said.

People just like Morgan Freeman's voice. If he DID say this, then I bet it sounded beautiful.

Yup, I'm sure that I'm not the only one who read this in his voice. :thumbs:

I'd like to believe that he actually said it though, just because it puts a face/voice TO this great comment.
