Today I recivied the packaged from the NVC with the AOS processing Fee Bill Invoce and also the form DS-3032.

My questions are: After I pay the AOS fee, should I send the form 864 ready or should I wait until NVC sends me the form to fill it out. Or should I fill the form 864 and send it to my mother.

Then the form DS 3032 is to choose an agent, now I'm my mother's petitioner, but should I sent this form to her so she can fill it out, or will she get anything on the mail. ( She is in Peru).

This is getting confuse, since I'm doing all the documents by myself since I can't hire a attorney.

I will realy appreciated all your help and guidance through this process.

first u need to pay AOS FEE $88 FROM NVC INVOICE WEBSITE CEAC.STATE.GOV

WHEN your payment status will paid then you must get receipt print out from your aos vouchers.

after aos payment you can fill out your I-864 BUT ITS FOR PETITIONER NOT FOR YOU. YOU WILL JUST FILL DS-230 AND CIVIL DOCUMENT AFTER GETTING PAY IV FEE $230.

FOR CHOICE OF AGENT FORM DS-3032 YOU CAN EMAIL TO NVC IF YOU CHOOS YOUR SELF AS A AGENT.JUST GET PDF DS-3032 AND PRINT IT OUT AND FILL IT AND SIGN IT AND THEN SCAN AND EMAIL OR MAIL TO NVC.

GOOD LUCK

I paid the 88 dollars, I'm just waiting for them to confirm that they cashed the money.

I'm the petitioner, my mother is the beneficiary.

Can I email to NVC the DS3032 for her, or she needs to do it?

When do I send the AOS (is it with the DS230 and civil documents or before)

Thanks

You can send it for her from her email address.

You can chose to send the AOS and the DS230 etc in the same envelope but in separate packages with the different barcode sheet.

You can also send them at different times in separate envelopes.

Don't wait for NVC to send you any of the forms. Go to the website and download them yourself.

DS-230 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3190.html

I-864 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html

read all that stuff, make a plan.

The steps at NVC for obtaining an IR-5 visa (the visa type you are chasing after for yer Mom)

are very similar to the CR-1/IR-1 steps.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
