Good morning:

Thank you for your email. The relevant responses are provided below:

· The cost for the DHL delivery of the visa is US$12 or approximately J$1,100.

· Under normal circumstances, if everything is in order, the visa can take about a week for processing and delivery.

· There is no express service.

· They should have received a copy of their immunization charts from the medical facility. If they have not done so, they can contact the relevant facility.

· The original birth certificates are normally sealed in the visa packet for submission to the Immigration Officer at the Port of Entry. If they are the only copies, they can request that a copy be taken and verified when they come in to submit their passports.
