I received a letter from USCIS reminding me to remove condition on my GC. They mailed it to my old address but the Post Office forwarded it to my new address. What's wrong with the Electronic AR-11 Change of Address??? Hubby and I changed our address since April this year and hubby and I got a confirmation letter sent to our new address but for some mysterious reason, USCIS still sent me a letter in my old address! Ughhh!

The ROC reminder always goes to the same address the greencard was mailed to. It doesn't seem to be in the loop of address changes. Your address is probably fine otherwise. Don't even try to chase it down. Same thing has been posted for years about ROC. Your NOA1, biometrics, etc will arrive properly at your new address.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I filed the AR-11 online in April. About a month ago I got a letter forwarded that it went to our old address. Funny that they sent an AR-11 form to fill out inside the letter. When I went online I used the AR-11 print out with the confirmation number to confirm they had our AR-11 in the system. I'm not sure why they did that.

I also filed the other form for change of address for the sponsor about a month ago. I got no letter confirming they had recieved our change of address. I hope that's normal. We are about to file our ROC in a few days from our current address

It's normal to not get your ROC notice if you have moved. The reminder notice NEVER gets an address change. USCIS tells you that you have to renew in 2 years and no notice will be sent, so it's your responsibility to remember. Guess that's how they cover the ones where people have moved who don't get a notice. The lady who bought my house phoned me to tell me we got mail from USCIS. I told her to open it and see if it was a reminder. It was.

Funny today I get a letter from USCIS. They said that they have updated our mailing address and forwarded the info to US Embassy Manila like we are still in the K-1 process. Meanwhile my wife's 2 year green card is expiring and we filed for ROC. I guess it will be sorted when they receive our ROC.
