NOA1 12/7/12. Hoping a miracle!! Realistically, expecting April-May to receive NOA2, if things go to their usual pace. What I understood that timeline on USCIS page refers to getting visa from the time of application and averages out to be 6 months. If you subtract 2 months of NVC & Consulate processing, then I should hear within 4 months from NOA1. Please correct me if you know for sure that I am wrong. Thanks

..

I was Just thinking about this my NOA1 today since in less then 24 hours i will head back to Mexico to be with my Fiancee, came out the shower and thought it was just my cell phone company texting me that may payment date was approaching. Picked up the Cell and BAM!

"Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS California Service Center for processing." December 31st 2012. Hoping everything goes well and reading the Stats California is faster. Wish me luck, and I hold a Government Job.

I agree. I would be rushing around trying to get stuff done if her petition was approved within a month. I have a plan in my head but it's based on the 5 to 6 month approval timeline! A fast NOA2 would be a blessing but WHOA would it cause a lot of panic! :help:
