Timeline

Transferred to Texas from Vermont in May. Received NOA2 on July 3rd but still not shipped to the NVC :( Others around our NOA2 date and many after have already been shipped...really worried that someone at TSC has lost our file!

On July 31, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

hang on for all who still waiting...everything will be fine... :D

I would definitly be calling on my Senator to send in an inquiry, they have 14 days to respond to congressional inquiry don't wait too long.

Interview scheduled for Oct 8, kind of bitter-sweet because I was caught up in the massive delay, but at least I am there. Good luck to all, and I will keep you posted on my status.
