yes, we do. we have noa1 at 10 dec and in 3 jul, we got an rfe...now we wait... good luck and be strong

Transferred to Texas from Vermont in May. Received NOA2 on July 3rd but still not shipped to the NVC Others around our NOA2 date and many after have already been shipped...really worried that someone at TSC has lost our file!

I would definitly be calling on my Senator to send in an inquiry, they have 14 days to respond to congressional inquiry don't wait too long.
