We sent ours on the 24th, it got there on the 28th :angry: (2 days later than promised). Not sure if we will be December filers or January. Good luck to you all

With the holidays, it's hard to tell! Look at it this way, if you DO get it at the beginning of January, you can start your OWN awesome "January Support" group! :lol:

checked my bank statements and my application fee was cashed by homeland security last Friday 12/28/12

now what?

That is good! You should be getting your NOA1 any day now. Then you get to wait with us :)

12/31/2012 - Alien Number changed (NOA1 hardcopy in post, but was away for 2 weeks prior)

I got a text and email saying my case was updated....I'm gonna assume that this was a "touch" or am I mistaken??? Anyone else???

December 29th 2012: Received Noa1 Hard-copy(no txt or email was sent)
Jan. 10th 2013: Happy birthday to my Sweety, first birthday apart in years!

It's essentially a touch, but with the bonus of knowing the foreign fiance has a number so the case can actually be processed...eventually.

Yeah, my status said that as well. I think it's when the added an Alien Registration number to our SOs. :thumbs:
