Finally got my NOA2 glory 2 God!!!!!!! Thought the transfer was gonna b a disaster nao1 date 05/12/12 :-)

Congratulations on your NOA2 !! :) I hope the rest of your journey comes swiftly, after the long wait you had between NOA1 & NOA2 !

Thanks Casey_Ana for following up on me, it took a while to get that NOA2, but it's here at last :) I have been looking at the next steps, I guess I will have to send my fiance the whole package with all RFE's and other info, as well as the Affidavit of Support. She will have to get her medical done. Hopefully we can have the visa in hand within the next 2 months, fingers crossed ! Any updates on your case?

That's nice.. I know how excited you are right now. At least you are already prepared with the documents. We received our case number last May 30. I will have my medical done next week. And hopefully i can get a better or earlier interview date at the US Embassy.

Whew... good luck on us here! Hopefully all December filers will be approved soon!

Wow, I'm really glad to hear that ! Looks like your package will be in Manila before you know it. When you say that you received a case number on May 30, is that the time when NVC received your package? Best of luck to you on the interview, please keep us posted when that happens, cheers!

Hey everybody!

I just came home from a shorttrip to Paris - with my fiance of course.

And while we were waiting to climb the stairs of Sacre-Coeur he checked his emails and got one from USCIS telling him that they finally approved!!!!! yes.gifwow.gifdancin5hr.gifgood.gifkicking.gif

The week before that we wrote to our congresswoman (who got on our case immediately) and we called USCIS three times. They just told us that they will be processing the transferred files by the end of July / beginning of August at the latest.

We're soooo happy that we finally got our NOA2 and especially that we could celebrate it together dancin5hr.gif

Oh and of course: CONGRATULATIONS to everybody who got approved while I was away!!!!
