Thanks! I hope you get yours really soon. Meanwhile prepare the stuff for the interview (except for the time-sensitive documents like police certificates, pay slips) because once you get the NOA2, things will be going pretty fast.

Thanks for the advice. I've been preparing! Lol.

This visa issue has been definitely adding some stress to my relationship as well so I totally understand. Luckily, I will be visiting her in 3 weeks to spend some quality time and explain to her about this whole mess. I was hoping to bring her back to the States with me but it's looking more and more like that may not happen. Trying to stay optimistic though and praying every night for a miracle. Hang in there !

My fiance and I fight too sometimes, and the long distance obviously amplifies the issue because you don't have that person there to hold and hug and reassure. Many problems would otherwise be resolved within minutes but the distance is a killer. We must do our best to stay optimistic and keep telling the other person that it will all be okay very soon, and we will have a lifetime of happiness and if the love is strong and rock solid, it will endure anything. May this be the first big test for the relationship smile.png

Good luck to both you guys, we are 3 of the few December filers who haven't received our NOA2 yet...Best of luck, I will keep us all in my prayers.

I agree with Ramsey... this visa issue can be stressful, and the distance is also killing me, however we have to stay positive, everything will be alright... we also haven't got our NOA2, coz we have an RFE and still waiting for a response from them... this visa issue is a test of patience in a relationship.. a test if we can endure all this waiting... and True Love always wins.. I believe that Time and Will makes Miracles :)

God Bless us all in this journey, we may receive our NOA2 soon (^_^)

Well said, Naisha! I hope God answers our prayers and blesses us with some NOA2's this week :) I see you are in the same shoes as I am regarding getting 2 different RFE's. It's pretty annoying, huh? Why can't they just ask for all the evidence the first time? Anyways, enough complaining for me, I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed, God Bless!

Sincerely,
Ramsey

I guess no new approvals yesterday, I recieved a hard copy in the mail from the Texas Service Center saying they are still within their Time even though I filed December 3rd. ???

I guess it is time to call Senator Vitters office again, They show a day in October as what they are presently working on! and do not list i129f on the uscis TSC list being processed! ranting33va.gif

I also agree, the strain of a LDR is enough as it isand as the years go on you have ups and downs and stresses and strains, I have been with my fiancé 5 years now and engaged for 2 years and the whole process does put an extra stress on the relationship, I freaked out so much about UPS being late (my fiancé had forgotten to sign a form and it was less than a week to interview) that my fiancé decided just to fly over for the interview.... HONESTLY the stress was so much for me that when he arrived I just cried ( I do not deal well with stress)

But it all pays off in the end and please god I leave here visa in hand in 8 weeks to go start a new life with a wonderful man.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all ye that are still waiting.
