12/5 NOA1: My case is also transferred back to TX from VSC. I called TX and they guy told me that it could take up to 2 more months since they are processing 10/25/12 cases. It doesn't make sense. I think he is wrong. My fiancé and I feel so down now. I am reading other comments and hoping that he is wrong.

I dont know whether to agree with you that the guy was wrong or could be right. My fiancee (petitioner) called on Monday and spoke to a Tier2 who told her we should expect our NOA2 within the next 2-3 months...#######!!!!! NOA1 Dec 28

We got approved yesterday! Just got the official notice and web site update this morning. We were transferred to Texas from VSC.

My fiance and I always fight :( because of the distance... I neeed my approvalll :((((((... lord..

We all need the approvals! Hahah. But I saw someone got approved from the transfers!!! We are next!!! Fingers crossed

Callmekay: I hope soooooooooooooo. Its like i have mixed feelings.. i see people from July that are waiting on their noa2s.. and i get so scared. ,.. and then the next second i hear that a transferred petition has gotten approved... ughhhh.. idk what to do anymore :(

Hang in there, don't loose faith, we have one of the toughest consulates to get thru next so stay strong and send him all your love.

Don't discuss visa progress, discuss your wonderful future you will have.

I hope the mods don't consider this spaming. fill out the special delivery instructions and it will get there tomorrow early his time. normally they require 24 hrs notice.

My daughter sent him a card for Father's Day. It'll get there next week. Hahaha.

I haven't talked to him for 5 days. Been busy. Maybe this is a good thing. Reevaluate how much we miss one another.

Thanks! I hope you get yours really soon. Meanwhile prepare the stuff for the interview (except for the time-sensitive documents like police certificates, pay slips) because once you get the NOA2, things will be going pretty fast.
