So, I vowed today to not obsesses about things and I came home and took a nap- I didn't even look at Igor's list or anything first. And I slept right through the text from USCIS! rofl.gif

I got approved!!!!! I got my NOA2 today!!!! biggrin.png I'm such a bundle of emotions and I'm so happy and excited right now! Thanks to everyone who was so supportive of me heart.gif And good luck to those still waiting!

On May 22, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

It's so funny how I was worrying about the new processing times posted on the USCIS website! Little did i know my prayers have already been answered! Thank you LORD!

For my fellow VSC December filers, yours will come anytime soon! Hang in there!! Just updated my timeline and man, it feels so good!

Now I have a small problem, I won't be able to sleep and I have to get up in two hours to have CFO seminar. Lol.

December 29th 2012: Received Noa1 Hard-copy(no txt or email was sent)
Jan. 10th 2013: Happy birthday to my Sweety, first birthday apart in years!
January 15 2013: "mailing adress was changed" (touched?)
May-20-2013 NOA2!!! Exactly 5 months!
May-23-2013 Noa2 hard copy recieved!
June-05-2013 Called NVC, casre recieved, forwared to Ankara

June-10-2013-Ankara revieved packet! *signed by MEHMET* THANKS MEHMET!

I sent them my RFE as well but yet to hear back from them. What is taking so long? I will shoot myslef if it takes all 60 days or more to come to a decision. Forgot to check the box on the petition and that's what I get... more waiting!

Me tooooo!!!!!! My anxiety level is at HIGH!

I'm happy about the news cause they wouldn't ve transferred them to another office when the office would be as slow or even slower than Vermont. So let's be happy about it! :)

I got a transfer notice on my case today also. I almost fell out of my chair when I got the text message because I thought I got a the NOA2!! UGH! At least something happened though!! My NOA1 is Dec 28th. Here's what it said:

On May 24, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

US Consulate in Guangzhou, China

I-129F sent on 09-09-2015

I-129F NOA1 received on 10-01-2015

I-129F RFE received on 11-09-2015

I just checked this thread for the first time in a while, and I'm super happy to see lots of you guys getting approved. I hope those who haven't yet been approved get the approval quickly.

Has anyone other than myself made it past the interview yet, as a December filer? Luckily, Mongolia is willing to schedule the interviews quickly -- my fiancee passed this Wednesday, but the kids still need to interview... probably, we'll be together again at the end of June. Having not seen each other since August, I'm very very excited.
