Well hey, at least CSC updated its processing times today (yesterday, the 21st) so it says 5 months now, not July 18th :) So if it goes over 5 months we can put in a service request. Although I have to say they will probably be flooded with those with the black hole that still exists, but I think they are working slowly to clear that up. And any movement at all is better than what was going on a couple of months ago when it was at a freeze. So I'm not going to despair just yet. I might whine just a little bit though haha!

On May 22, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.




It's so funny how I was worrying about the new processing times posted on the USCIS website! Little did i know my prayers have already been answered! Thank you LORD!



For my fellow VSC December filers, yours will come anytime soon! Hang in there!! Just updated my timeline and man, it feels so good!



Now I have a small problem, I won't be able to sleep and I have to get up in two hours to have CFO seminar. Lol.

Guys guys guys! My familyyy..I just got noa2! exactly 5 months since noa1! Pls tell me some other ppl got it too???

(Maybe u guys should start complaining..the one and only time i really feel sad and complain, then my noa2 comes) that seems to happen a lot!

I got approved!!!!! I got my NOA2 today!!!! biggrin.png I'm such a bundle of emotions and I'm so happy and excited right now! Thanks to everyone who was so supportive of me heart.gif And good luck to those still waiting!

Belated congrats! I was so excited about getting approved that I didn't even read the thread above me... blush.png

Hang in there everyone, I was the last one in my batch to be approved. They are steadily getting to all of them, it won't be long now!

Congratulations turtlegirl! so happy that you got approved and I thank you for the words of encouragement... everyone in my batch has been accepted, they received my RFE reply back on May 8 and now we're getting to the 3-week mark and I am starting to get worried
