That's true. We have to stay positive. But I'm glad they're already approving November. All 3 of us have our noa1 date close to each other :)

Hi, we too are December filers. I've been fine until the last few weeks, starting to get antzy! It's totally addictive logging in everyday to see how many have been approved from VSC. I was soo optimistic last week, but they seem to be slowing up a little again. Hoping to hear something by the end of June according to our timeline prediction? Is that the same for everyone else here?

i totally agree with you. I also think that it might be possible that they're gonna start to approve Dec filers in June. Who knows maybe sooner than we think :)

Naisha, to answer your question, that is totally normal. The same thing happened to me and has happened to every single filer I know who got an RFE. Basically, they really don't send out the hardcopy until the second notice (I got mine 9 days later and I live in California, right next to the service center). So don't worry, this is business-as-usual for the USCIS, just be happy that they got to your file and hope that it's not an overly complicated RFE. I sent mine back the next day after getting the evidence, overnight mail and they received it the next day.

Good luck smile.png

Thanks for that enlightenment Ramsey :) , I was just confused with that RFE notification, ><! ... God Bless U guys :)

You're welcome! That's what we're here for :) May it be an easy RFE that you can mail out right away! (overnight hehe) Best of luck on your journey!

Sincerely,
Ramsey
