yep. It was delivered @12:07 pm on 12/20/12. Patience is a virtue. It forces us to talk to one another. Communication is key! At least no one can say I'm with my future husband to be because the sex is good...

YES! I have to agree with you! I'm actually really looking forward to the process NOW but ask me after a few years of dealing with USCIS if I still feel that way! LOL

Yes, I received my NOA1 after 6 days. Cashed my check today as well!

After dealing with extremely rude customer service reps this morning (including one who hung up on me), I was able to locate it. It was delivered today. I also demanded a refund for postage.

I'm super glad I checked the "no signature required" just in case no one was there to sign for it!

Also it looks like we're just one day apart form each other! Cool :P

Yeah! That's good news! Hopefully you will get your NOA1 soon. It will be interesting keeping track of each other's progress!

Good luck! With that new Deferred Immigration Act, VSC may end up beating CSC in approval times. Who knows!

Here's a little info on it and how it's going to impact CSC. They are getting flooded with petitions. :(

That's not really info on how it will effect the CSC. Also, the CSC only accepts deferred action applicants from California. Hopefully this works in our favor!

My fiancee just sent me a message that she has received the delivery confirmation that our petition got to the Dallas lockbox on Dec 24th. We are now waiting to receive our NOA1 to see where we have been routed to.

In any case, which is faster; Vermont or Carlifonia???
