ohhhh my dec filers fam,

how are you guys keeping your selves busy.. its unbelieveable how much im obsessing over this process, time frames, paperwork etc, especially when all there is to do it wait..

im absolutely positive no one is on this site/uscis.gov more than me lol

For the beginning I was obsessing, but now, just working, and keeping my mind off it, never check the website, barely get on here

With October filers beginning to receive their NOA2, am pretty sure we the December filers should be expecting our NOA2 by 1st-2nd week in May. VSC is really moving so good. Go Vermont!!!!

not as hopeful for those of us with CSC, there is some nasty info posted recently that they are quoting one year processing times..

i really need to stay off here...lol the news and updates are really getting upsetting.. i think ignorant bliss would be a better route for me.

Hey everyone, I'm a December filer, barely made it with an NOA1 of Dec 31st. I've been hanging around but haven't really posted anywhere yet. I'm one of the unfortunate CSC filers. Trying to stay busy so I don't think about the delays so much but man does it stink.

It is very stressful to check on uscis website everyday for how many times and see some updates here in vj if there's noa2 approvals under csc. Unfortunately, I read lots of topic regarding why csc is being so slow.

I am happy for "few" vj members under csc who recently got their I-129F approval. Atleast "few" of them still working on. (ugh)

I am still hoping that as days go by csc will recover from their workloads.. I hope they stop staring on cases on their tables and thinking how they will finish lots of papers and work on it, I hope they will work on it, really!

As of now I kept myself to be busy selling garage. I can earn and save money and probably help a little to my fiance.

I also make myself busy doing scrap book pictures with my fiance and our daughter.

I also start gathering documents that will be needed once noa2 comes,like nbi, bcertificate, cenomar etc.

I hope the next time I check updates here on vj I will read lots of noa2 testimonials and put mine too.

Last night I emailed the USCIS ombudsman about my concerns regarding the processing times at CSC and my pending case.

This morning, I received the same response that someone else posted on visajourney yesterday: The processing time at CSC has slipped due to other processing priorities, but they are currently moving resources to the I-129f cases. As they do so, they anticipate the processing time to decrease. (My letter said not to copy and paste it, otherwise I would have posted it here)

Here is the ombudsman email: OLUInquiries@dhs.gov

I suggest everyone write to them. No matter if you just received your NOA1 last week, or if you have been waiting months. It takes 5 minutes to write a couple of sentences about your concern regarding the processing times for K-1 fiance visas at CSC.

It seems they are finally doing something about it, and if we keep the pressure on, maybe they will realize just how bad it has gotten.

I saw in your timeline that you've been waiting since January last year, is this correct? How are you doing it? How can you still post happy faces? For me it's been just a little over 3 months and it's been really hard, I cannot imagine waiting for over a year. I hope you will get your NOA2 real soon.

I think that's the person who re-applied or something. U can not wait that long just for noa2. Maybe if u get AP at the consolutes, but for sure not just for noa2 haha
