Im actually keeping busy with work and gym. Also I'm going back to see my fiancé for the 5th time in less then a year. Even though I sent the in in December. I plan on seeing her while I wait and make the time fly. What would happen if the fiancée is pregnant in the process. csn I use that as evidence jejje of a relationship Even though she is a child hood friend we always talked. But some how last year the day after valentine we spent a lot of time ever since then.

Our son is a big part of our "relationship" and "have met in the last 2 years" verification. So, pregnancy is a big one :) I was just down for Christmas and New Year's for 3 weeks and we are hoping that my son's sister is on her way :) We'll see if I had a successful repeat performance. So, yeah, pregnancy should be pretty good :)

Going down again in April for my son's first birthday. Just trying to keep sane until this whole thing is behind me.

Mark :)

Well the thing about still being prego is the fact that it may not be your kid in their eyes, and you know in some places they r just thinking like that about everyone! People have had kids and even on the birth certificate it has the parents names but still they have wanted paternity tests...wahh :) just saying haha but its definatly something great to bring up! and pics of the baby in the mamas tummy ! I would take that to the interview hehe

I soo wish I could go to see my fiance..

I have not seen my boyfriend since November 25. I spent a week with him then. I was used to seeing him every moth or month and a half or so, so this 2 months that I have not seen him has been very hard! All we can do is talk on the phone every night and wait for the next time we can see eachother . ?

Luckily it's obvious that my son is my son. They always question whether he is her son :P In August we did the CRBA, so not we have that and his passport in addition to the birth certificate (and photos of me at the birth cutting the umbilical cord). So, I definitely am not expecting problems from that quarter.

I last saw my hubby to be November 24 at 5AM :(

At least you get to talk everyday...My hubby to be is so busy he barely has time to talk to me.

I feel neglected sometimes...but I just wait...still...

Who knows.

Worst case scenario: they may hold her until the baby comes to prove that you are the father with DNA...not sure how they handle it if the baby still in the womb and DNA is requested...but that's worst case scenario...

I'm the petitioner and a lot of people kept asking me if I was preggo...like that would bring him here sooner if I was :/

Hahaha they won't do that, it's just helpful to add to ur evidence, they won't make u wait just for that :) and plus u can do maternity test before the baby is born :)

Filed: AOS (apr) Country: Australia
Timeline

I filed December 4th, got it returned because no one at USCIS could understand AU as a country abbreviation for Australia. Funny because I was in the US 5 months ago on a J-1 so they obviously knew who I was and what AU stood for that time around. Anyway after fixing that minor floor and waiting 3 weeks for them to return the petition My NOA1 was finally issued on Jan 4th!

AOS+EAD Sent 8-9-13

AOS+EAD Received 8-13-13

Month two came here quickly! I just wrapped a feature film that destroyed several weeks of month one for me so I guess that helps. Now pre-production for another feature starts in two weeks so hopefully that makes months three and four fly by! Excited to go to London hopefully in April (depending on filming schedule) to see my fiance for a week or two. And my parents just confirmed our Disney vacation dates that my fiance will be joining us for in August! Super excited by that prospect as I haven't been to Disney with my fiance since 2010.

I am the USC/petitioner.

Our K-1 Journey
12/19/2012 - Mailed I-129F via USPS Express
12/21/2012 - I-129F arrives in Lewisville, TX according to USPS tracking (delayed because it's the USPS)
12/21/2012 - NOA1 date of receipt
12/26/2012 - NOA1 received via text/email
12/27/2012 - Checked cashed by USCIS
12/31/2012 - Alien Number changed (NOA1 hardcopy in post, but was away for 2 weeks prior)

05/16/2013 - NOA2 received via text/email

05/20/2013 - NOA2 hardcopy received in post

05/28/2013 - NVC receives packet and assigns London case number

07/15/2013 - Sent all paperwork/medical complete

08/23/2013 - Receive Interview Date

09/19/2013 - Interview
