Hi all, I need of your help, please help me,

I got all the copies of documents and i dont know if it is correct to send the originals I-130, G-325A and Additional sheets? What are the original papers i have to send? Can I send the copies of I-130, G-325A and Additional sheets?

Someone answer me or advice me

First phase:

07/20/2006 I Married with my soulmate

11/08/2006 We sent I-130

11/10/2006 Nebraska received and sent it to California

11/15/2006 California received it

11/18/2006 NOA1

02/01/2007 Aproveeeeed!!!

12/02/2006 We sent I-129F

12/15/2006 they moved our process to CSC

06/06/2007 POE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant wait to be with my husband!!!!!!!!

01/23/2008 Biometric appointment (done)- They corrected my name ( I have 4 names and on the NOA they wrote just 3 names)

02/21/2008 EAD card ordered

02/26/2008 EAD card ordered (AGAIN???)

02/28/2008 EAD Aproved (it s very strange! did they order firstly and after aprove it????)

02/20/2008 interview letter sent (I just received it 5 days after the date)

03/03/2008 EAD card received

03/07/2008 SSN aplied

03/14/2008 SSN received

04/10/2008 Interview appointment - Aproveeeeeeed

04/15/2008 GC already ordered - Yahooooooooooooooooooo ooo ooooo!

Are you asking whether you have to file the originals? Or send the copies to someone else? I'm confused by your question.

The I-130 and G-325A need to be original forms, they check for original signatures on them, also the G-325A is a 4 part form you need to sign at the bottom of page 1 through 4 of that form. All supporting documents can be copies.

You need to file the signed copy of the forms, original signatures not copies of the I-130 and G-325A. As for the documents asked for copies are fine. Look at the guide here on VJ here is the link

Your signatures on the immigration forms (I-130, I-129F, G325, etc.) need to be original. If you wish, you can sign a photocopy of a form and send that in.

It's probably best to sign in blue (not black) ballpoint ink, and to put the form on a soft surface like a magazine, so that the pressure of your pen makes an indentation on the paper as you sign. That makes it clear that your signature is original. I vaguely remember someone in the past getting an RFE because the USCIS thought the signature was a photocopy, when in fact it was an original signature in black ink that just looked like it was photocopied.

Any other documents you send as supporting evidence may be ordinary photocopies.

I have seen a lot of people suggest you use blue ink for the signature so it does not look like a copy. Also as suggested, press hard as you sign.

As far as documents such as divorce decrees and birth certificates you send, always send copies. They will not return anything.

12/14/2006 Applied for K-1 with request for Waver for Multiple filings within 2 years.

3/6 Called NVC file sent to Washington for "Administrative Review" Told to call back every few weeks. 7/6 Called NVC, A/R is finished, case on way to Moscow. YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
7/13 On Friday the 13th we see updated Moscow website with our interview on 9/11 (Hope we are not supersticious) 9/11 Visa Approved. Yahoo.
10/12 Tickets for her to America. I am flying to JFK to meet her there. 12/15/07 We are married. One year and a day after filling original K-1
12/27 Filed for AOS, EAD & AP 1/3 Received all three NOA-1's 1/22 Biometrics 2/27 EAD & AP received 4/12 Interview
5/19/08 RFE for physical that she should not have needed. 5/28 New physical ($ 250.00 wasted) 6/23 Green Card received
4/22/10 Filed for Removal of Contitions. 6/25 10 Year Green Card received Nov, 2014 Citizenship ceremony. Our journey is complete.
