Question on G-325a

Hey guys! Was just looking over the g-325a forms I'm about to submit with my I-129f packet and two questions arose:

1. The form expiry date at the top right says "August 2012" but I pulled it off the official website. Is this a problem?

2. If my employer addresses won't fit, I wrote them on a separate piece of paper and labeled it with the question. Is this correct?

Thanks again guys!

I am the USC/petitioner.

Yes, you're fine with that version.

I had to add a "Supplement" to my list of employers. In the Employement History Section, I just typed out "See Attachment". I wrote out my work history for 5 years on a seperate piece of paper. At the top I typed out "Attachment for History".

I'm too early to see if I will get an RFE but I have seen this posted on Vj a few times saying it's acceptable to do this.

Good luck!

Congratulations on your engagement!

1. No, that will not be a problem. We used the form from the USCIS website too.

2. Yes, that is correct. Type "SEE ATTACHED" on the USCIS form where appropriate. Date and sign the attachment.

^That's what we did and our petition was approved last month. Good luck! :)

I am (usually) the beneficiary.

1. That date at the top is the OMB review date. The Office of Management and Budget has to review all government forms periodically as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act. They review the time it takes to do the form plus if all the questions are still appropriate to the benefit being sought by completing the form. There is an open period where public comment is taken and reviewed, publishing in the Federal Register, and such as that. The form could be revised if immigration law had changed or if something else needed tweaking. Or it could be the exact same form with a new OMB date saying when it's up for review again. The form is fine to use.

2. Yes. Put the form name and your name in the header, as well as the question (or question number when there is one) for supplemental pages.
