Original Birth Certificate

I sent my Original Birth Certificate which was issued by City District Government Lahore Pakistan. It shows my father's name, my mother's name, grandfather's name, age of my mother at the time of delivery, place of birth, date of birth and my permanent address. It is the only one I had, was accepted for Singapore immigration with no problems at all.

Received RFE / e-mail from NVC today that they require the Original / Certified copy of Birth Certificate.

I have no clue what else to send? I had my wife call them immediately and she told the operator I have sent the original one and a photocopy of it so the operator told her that he has marked it in system and has recommended it for another review which shall take another 10-12 days

Any advice from Pakistani member who went through this? If the birth certificate from City District Government Lahore Pakistan is not acceptable by them then from which authority do they require the birth certificate or which one did you send? Thanks.

The above mentioned certificate is in English. Is there any requirement for a Birth Certificate in Urdu (native language) as well?

NADRA can issue a original copy of Baiy form (not sure of spelling) but bascially it has all the information that is on there also. My wife lost her birth certificate given to her at birth, It was submitted to her school and they missplaced it. Anyways she sent in the Original and also the Baiy form.

government authority. The document must be an original, or a certified copy of the original, bearing the

original seal or stamp from the issuing authority.

As stated in beginning of this thread, I have stated that I have submitted an Original Birth Certificate and a photocopy of it, just that it was not issued by NADRA but it is nonetheless original. Above is the message I received from the NVC. Now the question is, how to obtain a Birth Certificate from NADRA when I was born back in 1979. There is no guarantee that if I get a Bey-Form, NVC will accept it.

The NVC want a birth certificate in Urdu.

The one issued by NADRA / Union Council is bilingual (Urdu & English). Is there any way to get a birth certificate only in Urdu? I live in Lahore, Pakistan.

Or has anyone submitted the birth certificate from NADRA and it was approved?

She sent the Original? the bilingual one from Union Council on NADRA paper or something else? Was it accepted?
