Picked up the new medical exam with TB skin test and will be mailing this new I-693 RFE shortly. Lets see how long will it take Los Angeles USCIS to process our file.

Dial the same number and just press 123 for extension until you get a live person, then request to speak with Tier 2 officer. You should also email your congressman/woman to request for assistance of your AOS status.

Officially at 9 months and still waiting.

Yup, we're contacting Barbara Boxer's office on Monday. Our local congresswoman does not handle immigration request. Our application is passed the normal processing time.

I hope that helps! My husband just received his GC after 9 months and 1 week. I had contacted my Senator's office and also put in a service request online at about the 8.5 month mark. Good luck! Edited by Sarah&Michel

Just got the email stating that today (September 17th) my green card was issued. I filed on December 28th, 2012 adjusting from a K1... so it took almost 9 months and no interview. I filed an e-request 3 weeks ago, but got the letter stating that it was still being processed and didn't know how long it would take; so not sure if it helped. For those still waiting, hope it comes soon.

INTERVIEW: November 29th, 2012 (APPROVED)
POE: December 14th, 2012 (Miami)
