Well my friend and I both received letters in the mail from the OKC field office stating that our interviews were cancelled. They state that we may not need an interview at this time. An officer will take a look at our case file and determine whether or not we need an interview. If an interview is needed we would have an appointment notice sent to us at a later date. Total bummer. Wanted to be over and done with. Looks like the OKC filers are given the run around...and more waiting.

This is ridiculous. This process should be as straightforward and fast as possible...

I am really sorry to hear. This is just getting worse and worse. Can't wait for those unprofessional people at the OKC office to deal with my file! :( I do hope you will get your Green card soon!

They didn't check I-693 since you do not need to do the entire medical exam again. You only need to fill in the last page of I-693, which is the vaccination record. I guess you will have to find a civil surgeon who will just fill out that part (and not charge you an arm and a leg.) Good luck!

Check your vaccination record when you did your medical during your K-1 with the list required vaccination per CDC in this link,

http://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/ti/civil/vaccination-civil-technical-instructions.html#tbl1

If you're missing the required vaccination, your letter of Vaccination Supplement is perhaps for you to take those. As far as we know, for AOS, you only required to take MMR, Tdap/TD, Varicella and Flu shot.

Hello fellow Decemberers :D

we got an email 2 days ago (August 3) saying that my wife's GC is in production :D :D :D 7 months and 9 days with no interview!

What's funny is that we left the US on August 1 for a month trip to my wife's country (we are now in Iran) with my wife's passport and EAD/AP card and now the GC is sitting in our mailbox back home :))))))

Our story: K1 -> AOS -> ROC -> Naturalization (2012 - current)

Congratulation !!!!

BTW, unless your mailbox at home is with the lock type, I would have someone you trust to get your mail. Mailbox theft is a very common.
