Just got my combo card! It looks pretty official :) One question, did you guys get separate NOA2 via snail mail for your EAD and AP approvals?

Cheers!

We didn't get separate notifications for our EAD/AP approval. We'll keeping the barcode paper that came with the card though. :innocent:

Now that the EAD card is in the mail, I was wondering if my wife can get a state ID with it. I know she can finally change the name on her SS card since she now has her EAD card, but I don't know if that is enough to get her State ID here in (NYC)...

You may have to call USCIS. The combo card should read "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole"; if it does not state that then your husband received just EAD card.

Dandk.. I called yesterday and they verified that he only recieved the EAD not the AP. Although approved for bothead and ap it's not automatic to get the combo card. The rep told me to have my husband call if he has not received any information in 30days. Silly but I guess its another wait atleast he gets to work to I'm happy for that.

Jkb11 I had not look @ the card for that but I will let u know.

The card states no reentry into the us... so only ead. Thanks for the response wish everyone the best on this journey.
